It starts with a call. Then preparation: we review your software and systems, and hold a pre-call with each of your champions so day one starts at full speed. Logins ready, target jobs shortlisted, no time wasted.

Can we start with just one day?
Yes. Champions Day is the first day on its own for $3,300 + GST: the value map, the training, the working examples and your first automation target chosen. Add the build day within 30 days for $2,900 if you want us back. Booking Essentials upfront is the better price.
How much of our team's time does it take?
Two full days onsite for your 2–3 champions in weeks one and three, a one-hour coaching call in weeks two and four, and light practice in between. The owner joins the start and end of each onsite day.
What if the automation we want is complicated?
Day one's value map sorts that out: we deliberately start with low-risk, high-reward patterns your champions can genuinely own. The complicated ones go on the list. If you'd rather we just built those for you, that's what our done-for-you work is for.
Which tools do you use, and what will we need?
The right one for the job. We work mainly with Claude, Codex (ChatGPT) and n8n, and your champions learn how to choose between them, which matters more than any single tool. Everything is built on your own accounts, so you'll need a paid subscription to the tools we settle on together. We confirm exactly which ones, and what they cost, before day one so there are no surprises.
